Lisa is a founding partner of Nightingale. She has been advising boards and executives on critical communications issues for more than 15 years. Lisa has worked in Europe and Australia across a range of different businesses and sectors including retail, food and beverages, leisure and hospitality, financial services, resources, healthcare, property, media and luxury goods.
Prior to founding Nightingale, Lisa worked at leading communications consultancy Brunswick. She also brings extensive in-house experience having been Director of Internal & External Communications at Foster's Group. Lisa is former accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal (South Africa) and a post graduate diploma in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Kate is a founding partner of Nightingale. She has extensive experience in advising organisations on communications issues spanning high profile corporate transactions, investor and financial media relations and issues management. She has advised companies in a wide range of sectors including retail, financial services, healthcare and media.
Kate brings an international perspective, having previously worked at Brunswick, the international communications consultancy in their London & New York offices. She has also worked in-house at ANZ, Pearson and Goldman Sachs.
Prior to working in communications, Kate graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance and then joined the graduate program at KPMG Peat Marwick working in audit and corporate recovery.

Sarah has more than eight years' experience working in media communications, both in-house and at a consultancy across a variety of industries and businesses.
Throughout this time, she has developed expertise in corporate communications, media relations, issues management, and social media management.
Prior to joining Nightingale in 2015, Sarah worked in-house at Australia Post and the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC), and as a consultant at Media Moguls. Sarah has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Management) and a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Melbourne.

Olivia Reith joined Nightingale in 2016 and has almost 15 years financial communications and investor relations experience working in advisory and in-house roles.
Most recently Olivia spent two years co-managing Investor Relations at Myer. Prior to that she spent several years in London working in investor relations roles at Macquarie Global Property Advisors and in JPMorgan Cazenove's corporate broking business.
Olivia began her communications career with two Melbourne-based corporate and financial communications consultancies providing strategic counsel and communications support to a range of businesses and sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA (formerly Securities Institute of Australia).

Kristene Reynolds is a well-rounded, strategic communications specialist with 15 years of corporate and agency experience in a variety of consumer-facing industries and issues-rich environments. Kristene started her career as a journalist before working as a consultant in a PR firm. Prior to joining Nightingale, Kristene held Communications Director roles with Target Australia, The Coca-Cola Company, Aristocrat Leisure and McDonald’s Australia.
Kristene draws on her extensive experience and knowledge to create and drive change by inspiring, energising and influencing stakeholders. She has lead various crisis management situations and has developed and implemented communications and corporate responsibility strategies which influence perceptions, enhance reputation, build brand equity and drive business results.

Nicole's role as an account director spans client account management, media handling, issues management, media analysis and tracking of issues for clients and account teams. She has experience across financial communications, issues and crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate communications and thought leadership. She has worked across a range of sectors including agribusiness, financial services, healthcare, media and technology and retail.
Nicole has a Master of Communication from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Political Science and Media & Communications. In 2012, Nicole did an internship in the Strategic Communications Division at the Department of Business and Innovation.
